Welcome to Operation Clean Can. By accessing our website or booking our garbage can cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Operation Clean Can provides residential and commercial garbage can cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and related services. Service availability may vary by location, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inaccessible containers, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that trash bins are accessible on the scheduled service date.

To receive service, bins must:

  • Be emptied by the waste collection provider before cleaning.

  • Be placed in an accessible location free of obstructions.

  • Not contain excessive debris, hazardous materials, or prohibited substances.

If a container is unavailable or inaccessible at the scheduled time, a missed-service fee may apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is displayed on our website or provided during the booking process.

By purchasing services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information.

  • Pay all applicable fees and taxes.

  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription services, if applicable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscription customers will be notified of any pricing changes before they take effect.

4. Subscription Services

Customers enrolled in recurring service plans authorize Operation Clean Can to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the selected service frequency.

Subscriptions continue until canceled by the customer or terminated by us.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule service by contacting us at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to service fees.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Equipment issues

  • Route adjustments

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

6. Prohibited Materials

Our services do not include the removal, handling, or disposal of hazardous materials.

Customers must not place the following items in containers scheduled for cleaning:

  • Chemicals or toxic substances

  • Paints, solvents, or oils

  • Medical waste

  • Biohazardous materials

  • Explosives or flammable materials

  • Dead animals

We reserve the right to refuse service if prohibited materials are present.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable care in performing our services, Operation Clean Can is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to trash bins

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cracks, brittleness, or deterioration due to age, weather, or manufacturer defects

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use the website in violation of applicable laws
